In certain cases, e.g. when receiving an e-mail with an attached invoice or claim or a customer request and so on, it might be important to have a system supported follow up option, which will allow you to define a responsible, a follow up date and maybe also a status.

For these cases we offer the optional follow up tab. This tab can be activated on demand and if required, you can also change label names and/or add additional fields within the tab.
